Created the Constant Motion Athletics Bio-Mechanical Assessment for Athletes – This assessment model looks at an athletes movements in super slow motion so that Coach Joe can analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each athletes skills.
Joe takes an engineering/trouble shooting approach to his training of athletes. Rather than try to apply “cookie cutter” methods, Joe uses his own biomechanical analysis technique to identify each athlete’s strengths and weaknesses to best design a program to maximize their improvement and minimize the risk of injury.
Constant Motion Athletics maximizes improvement of each athlete’s goals. Through continuous assessment and education of each athlete, I ensure that each will reach their maximum potential for each period of their athletic life. Starting with young athletes, we can ensure that they will safely progress in strength and skill development to have the most successful sporting life possible.
Through scientific principals and engineering concepts I will maximize improvements of athletes of all ability levels and age.
